Online therapy across Texas

Not just convenient private.

Telehealth as a door that only you have the key to — secure video sessions anywhere in Texas, in English or Spanish.

  • HIPAA-appropriate video
  • Anywhere in Texas
  • Same 60-minute sessions

Telehealth is often sold as convenience: no drive, no waiting room, no traffic. That’s all true. But for the women I work with, the bigger reason is usually privacy.

In small towns, in tight families, in workplaces where everybody knows everybody, the walk into a therapist’s office is not always a private walk. Telehealth is a door that only you have the key to.

I serve the whole state by secure video — see all service areas across Texas.

How it works

  • Secure video sessions through a HIPAA-appropriate platform.
  • Available anywhere in Texas — you just need to be physically located in the state at the time of session.
  • English or Spanish, whichever way you’re most yourself that day.
  • Same 60-minute session length as in-person work.

Where telehealth fits well

For a lot of women — especially women who don’t want family, coworkers, or neighbors to know they’re starting therapy — telehealth is what makes the work possible in the first place. It also works well when you’re juggling caregiving, when driving is hard, or when you simply do better in your own space.

When in-person is better

If a screen would get in the way, we’ll talk about it. I don’t insist on telehealth.

Telehealth done well is not a compromise. It's the version of therapy that actually fits into a working woman's week.

Not sure if this is the right fit? That’s what the free call is for.
