Why self-pay only
Filing insurance means giving an outside company access to a diagnosis, notes, and often a lot more. I’ve chosen not to do that. In self-pay, your care is between you and me, and the record of that care lives in one place.
I understand that self-pay is a real cost, and I don’t say that lightly. If you’re unsure whether this is the right time, use the free 15-minute consultation first. It’s designed exactly for that.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 6 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice are billed a $25 fee. Life happens, and we’ll always talk about it.
Superbills
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance directly. Reimbursement depends on your plan.
Payment
Card on file, charged at the end of each session.
